Canon Business Europe had a clear challenge: shift perception of the brand from product provider to business partner. NBU developed an integrated communications strategy which unites many different business units and 15 countries across Europe to create a single campaign focused on thought leadership content. The campaign is being rolled out through Canon’s websites, PR, advertising and social channels, and has helped change the way it communicates with customers.
